Chef Coop first started cooking in his high school lacrosse locker room, chefing up the spiciest warm ups in the greater Cincinnati area. After that Chef Coop found himself drawn to University of Vermont due to the school’s support of sustainable agriculture and culinary practices. Upon arriving, he noticed the school was seriously lacking in “sauce” so he entered into the WRUV kitchen and started chefing up his signature dish of Bangers & Mash to give the people something to turn up to 11. When he is not in the kitchen Chef Coop can be found aimlessly driving around Vermont trying to find things to climb up or snowboard down.
